the spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering fantastic massage treatments and a sauna for ultimate relaxation. the impressive leisure/TV room provided the perfect place for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. the private facilities in the room made it all the more luxurious.
We had to look for other dining options nearby, which was a little inconvenient.

During our stay at Gleam Collection, we had a delightful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to upscale shops and restaurants. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff, especially Selcuk at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our reservations and requests were taken care of. The breakfast spread was impressive and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the private SPA with the local Hamam, adding to the overall relaxation during our stay. Despite the minor inconvenience of nearby construction, we appreciated the convenient location just a short walk from the metro and Nisantasi. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Istanbul.
